Actor Divya Dutta shares ‘horrendous experience’ with IndiGo after flight cancellation

Actor Divya Dutta lashed out at IndiGo airline for cancelling her flight without sending a prior notification. In a detailed post, she expressed her frustration on social media and accused the airline of causing her a ‘horrendous experience’.
Sharing a video of an empty section of the airport, Divya wrote, “@indigo.6e ! Thankyou for a very horrendous experience in the wee hours! No notification of a cancelled flight. I am checked in on a cancelled flight. The flight announcement reflects at the gate! No staff to assist! Huge harassment at the gate to exit and no staff from @indigo.6e @indigoairways present. And the high-headed approach to the passengers! My shoot got affected, and I am terribly upset (sic).”

Sharing her son’s in-flight experience, a user wrote, “My son was charged for a blanket when he was shivering with fever ! What a crappy airline @indigo.6e (sic).” Another user narrated an incident of how her mother faced a similar scenario a few days back. “My mother faced a similar issue 2 days back in Kolkata, when these guys refused to board her, saying the gates were closed after a long argument with the ground staff they confirmed that the flight was delayed!! Absolutely ridiculous service and behaviour”, she wrote.
